As week 12 gets underway we have a host of finishing trades booked in over the coming weeks.
And it is all go...
First up is the joinery measure and installation of the bespoke kitchen and laundry cabinetry.
Floor layer installs the German-engineered Haro flooring.
Tiler completes the waterproofing and then tiling to the bathrooms and kitchen.
Plumber fits off the showers and tapware.
Fire installer fits the Jayline ULEB (Ultra Low Emmision Burner) log fire
Carpets are fitted to the bedrooms
Exposed aggregate concret driveway is completed
Electrician fits the switches and sockets.
